Pastor Russell is married to the former Tracey Ann Sherrod of New Jersey since 2009. Pastor Russell Also serves as District Superintendent of District #4 and the Youth Department President for New York Western First Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ under the auspices of Bishop James R. Wright, Sr. PhD., Jurisdictional Prelate.
